Eastwave provides marketing and creative services including but not limited to brand strategy, creative design, digital marketing, and SEO analytics. The scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website are owned by Eastwave, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all deliverables and work product created by Eastwave remain our property until full payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eastwave or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if Eastwave or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

8. Modifications

Eastwave reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
